How do I place an order?
Go to the "Contact" page and fill in an order form ensuring all required fields are correctly completed. With Item code, fabric code, size, quantities and delivery option. Once you have submitted the order form through our website, we shall email you an order confirmation email with an invoice attached. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until we received an email with proof of full payment. Only then we know you have agreed to the invoice and we will start processing your order.

How long will my order take?
Because of the nature of this very specific, very exclusive and self-designed product with limited fabrics available we do not carry any stock therefore we can only start producing your product once we received an order and because we are starting from scratch it will take between 2-4 weeks depending on the style and the quantities, however we strive to get the orders completed within the first 2 weeks. Excluding delivery time.

Will my order be delivered?
Yes, we offer two delivery options for South African customers, standard registered post or courier. Charges apply to both options. Alternatively you can collect from our Durban studio but by appointment only.

How do I pay for my product?
We prefer EFT payment as it is secure for both customers and supplier as well as it provides immediate confirmation of purchasing the goods. Because of the nature of this very exclusive, self-design product with limited fabrics we can suggest EFT as the best possible way to secure your order and avoid disappointment. Alternatively we take cash.
