DELIVERY

 
We offer two delivery options for customers in South Africa: (1) Standard Delivery (Post) and (2) Express Delivery (Courier).  Charges apply to both options. 

As buyer, you indicate where in South Africa you require delivery, as well as contact numbers to be used in connection with delivery. Your parcel will be delivered to the address you specify on the order form. Deliveries are made to street addresses or to your nearest post office, therefore no deliveries to PO Box addresses. All deliveries take place during business hours i.e. there are no deliveries over weekends or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.

 

Standard delivery (R45.00)

Orders to most main cities of the South Africa should arrive within 7 working days, from confirmation email sent by us that your parcel has been dispatched. 

Express delivery (R72.00-R100)

Orders to main cities of South Africa should arrive the next working day, from confirmation email sent by us that your parcel has been dispatched.

 

Useful information:

In the case of door to door delivery, if nobody is present at the address at the time of delivery, our courier will on the second attempt of delivery use the mobile phone number you provided in your order and/or leave a note (in the letterbox if a residential address) to indicate that there was an attempted delivery. The courier will try once more, and if at that time there is still no one to sign for the parcel, it will be your responsibility to contact the courier company. If you don't contact the courier company within 5 working days of the courier attempting the second delivery, the courier will return the parcel to us, and we will contact you via email to discuss potential redelivery at your own cost.

 

 

COLLECTION

 

Alternatively, you can collect your items from our studio. If you choose this option, we will keep your order in the studio for ten calendar days after confirmation email has been sent out to notify you that the parcel are ready for collection. If the order is not collected within the 10 days, we will assume it is unwanted, cancel the order and notify you of our actions, unless alternative written arrangements has been made.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

 

If you require international delivery, please contact us via email or phone, numbers provided on the "Contact Us" section to received additional advice on charges applied and terms of delivery as this varies from country to country.

 

 

PRICE & PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

All invoices with delivery charges are submitted to you before any work is carried out. All fees need to be settled before we start processing your order. Fees need to be paid via EFT or cash and proof of payment (EFT payments) needs to be emailed to us before commencing with your order. Once we received the proof of payment we are in an agreement to start processing your order.

Cancellation of the order after this will result in no refund. Because of the nature of this very specific, very exclusive and "self-designing" product we cannot guarantee a refund after the order has been confirmed and paid but we will try our outmost best to refund your monies if the product has not been processed or stared at the time of cancellation in writing.

 

Please note we are not VAT registered – hence we do not charge VAT. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will depend on the delivery option that you choose and will be shown on the invoice.

 

 

RETURNS

 

In the unlikely event that you find what you believe to be a manufacturing error, please contact us within three days of the receipt of your package. On a case-by-case basis, we will evaluate the work and determine if a discount, remake or other resolution is appropriate.  FitsU reserves the exclusive right to judge what constitutes a manufacturing error or defect. There will be absolutely no discounts or remakes if FitsU is not notified within three days of your receipt of the order. Any charges related to expedited orders (rush manufacturing or shipping) are non-refundable.

 

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the swing tags intact and with the dispatch note you received enclosed.

 

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

 

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are South African sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

 

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

 

Any items ordered remain our property until we receive full payment.

 

 

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

 

When you place an order through our website we shall email you an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until we received full payment, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made. 

Once you have received your order confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before making any payments. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

 

    * The product ordered being unavailable from stock

    * The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

    * If we suspect any fraudulent activity

 

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched.

 

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will either be refunded or you can pick another garment of the same price.

 

 

GENERAL

 

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

 

The content on this site is protected by copyright laws of the South Africa. This website and its logo, may not, in part or in whole, be copied, imitated, reproduced, modified, transmitted, translated, distributed, adapted or disassembled in any fashion without written permission of FitsU.

 

If you own rights to any of the images/photos used in olivierh2o.wix.com/fitsu and you do not wish your image/images used here, please email us for immediate removal. We do not own any of the photos posted unless otherwise stated.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.
